Miss Warneford and Mr. Cresswell

In the reign of Queen Anne or George I. there was living in or about Soho Square a lady of considerable fortune, a Miss Warneford; a Mr. Cresswell sought to make her his wife. A pamphlet was published at the time giving a full account of the affair. Can any gentleman favour me with the correct title and date of it?
