Mr. Cresswell and Miss Warneford

At p. 157. of the "NOTES AND QUERIES," your correspondent "B." inquires about a pamphlet relating to the marriage, many years ago, of Mr. Cresswell and Miss Warneford. "P.C.S.S." cannot give the precise title of that pamphlet in question; but he is enabled to state, on the authority of Watts (*Biblioth. Brit.*), and on that of his old friend Sylvanus Urban (*Gent.
